If you choose to contact the Louisville Police Department by text message through our Tip Line, we may use your mobile number only to respond to your message, confirm receipt, or request additional details related to the matter you submitted. This number is used only for non-emergency reply communication and is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.
By texting our Tip Line number, you consent to receive a reply by text from the Louisville Police Department regarding your message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
3.3 Security
The Site has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration.
