Water Department

The Water Department supports the Town of Louisville by helping manage:

Requests to start service, stop service, or make other utility-related service changes are handled through City Hall.

Garbage Collection

Garbage collection in Louisville takes place on:

  • Monday
  • Thursday

Residents should have garbage ready for pickup on collection days and contact City Hall with questions about service, missed pickup, or other sanitation-related concerns. The town also provides large garbage cans for an $80 deposit.

Water Service

The Water Department assists with water service questions, account assistance, billing matters, and other utility-related needs.

Payments

At this time, the Town of Louisville accepts cash and check for water payments.

Payments may be made by:

  • mail
  • drop-off at City Hall during business hours
  • after-hours drop box at City Hall

The town is currently working to add credit card payment options.
